How to request deletion
Email the address below, preferably from your DIVAN account email. Include the account email and request deletion of the account and associated data. You can do this without the app installed. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us for another way to verify your identity.
What is deleted
The request covers your account, profile, photo, saved books, progress, listening time and associated personal data. We verify that the request comes from the account owner. Requests are handled manually; opening your email app only prepares a message and does not mean it was sent or the account was deleted.
Records and author works
We will inform you about processing and any records we must retain for legal or contractual reasons. If you are a published author, withdrawing a work is handled separately under your agreement and the request in My works.
